With over 27 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations, James brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the company’s growing composite repair division.
James has built an impressive career overseeing maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, and driving operational efficiency. Prior to joining QT Aerospace, he served as Lead Structure Mechanic at Spirit Aerosystems, where he supervised maintenance teams, streamlined repair processes, and maintained the highest safety and quality control standards. His extensive knowledge in aircraft structural repair, lean manufacturing, and regulatory compliance makes him an excellent addition to the QT Aerospace leadership team.
